Rolf Deusinger acts as a Senior Advisor to the Leadership Consulting Practice and Board Practice. His specialisms include senior leadership assessments, individual coaching and development planning, new performance management schemes, incentive plans, Talent management and succession planning processes and leadership training programmes.
During his career Rolf, a native German, has lived in Germany, the United States, Austria, and the UK. That career encompasses 30 years’ experience of working with international and global businesses, to define and implement the strategic development of organisations and their talent, leading change, and driving capability and performance levels. Rolf holds a ‘Diplom-Kaufmann’ degree from the University of Mannheim.
Rolf has held senior international HR leadership roles in companies such as PepsiCo, ICI Plc, and KKR, gaining insight into mature markets and the fast developing Eastern Europe and Asian region. He started his own consulting business, providing leadership to transformation projects, focusing on Talent and Performance Development and HR structures/processes. He was also a partner and director at Bioss International, a global network of consultancies focusing on Organisational and Leadership Developments.
